So, the Holiday season has officially begun! Well, the retail world has been at it for a few weeks now…but you can’t blame them, everyone has to make a living!

Have you put up your Christmas tree and decoration yet? We have not. The husband is packing to go out of town for the week (again) and I really need his help to take the storage containers down Next Friday we should have everything up and I will promise to post some pictures.

BUT, don’t be thinking that I’m late in the game already…you  know what we already have checked off of our ‘to do’ list this Holiday season????

We already took picture with the man in the red suit! Yep, you read it right! We sure did it! DONE!

This has become our little tradition, the husband parents come to our side of town and we head to the Galleria Mall to see Mr. Santa. This is our 3rd year. The little one did better than I anticipated, she did not sit on his lap and we had to be in the picture like we did last year (I kind like it to be honest with you – I want to look back at these picture some day and see how much we have aged year after year, crazy thought don’t you think??). Super Girl did talk to him and gave him a cookie but kept at that. At least there was no screaming as I had envisioned.

And it order to keep Super Girl behaving as a nice girl as she is, we did get Elfy the Elf (from the Elf in a Shelf) out Sunday night to reinforce what Santa had told her: “You have to be nice if you want the Cinderella Bike”. Sometimes I wish Santa could be around all year long, shhhhhhhhh!
